PA Residents - Let's contact our legislators to support the mandate for insurance companies to cover autistic children's medical expenses

Attention Pennsylvania Residents…Now is our chance to continue the celebration of World Autism Awareness Day!!!! In many cases, essential therapy for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is not covered by insurance companies. Pennsylvania Parents are taking on the Insurance Companies by contacting their local legislators and asking them to support an amendment to the act of May 17, 1921 known as The Insurance Company Law of 1921 currently House Bill 1150. House Bill 1150 mandates insurance companies to cover autistic children’s medical expenses up to $36,000 per year. So…Let’s get on the phone, send e-mails, and write letters to our local legislators asking them to please support House Bill 1150!!!
